Privacy Policy for Tsarkov Campaign Planner

This Privacy Policy explains how Tsarkov Campaign Planner accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. The application is a private desktop tool used only by its owner, Evgeny Tsarkov.
Google data the app accesses
The app requests the Google Ads OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. It uses this authorization to request historical keyword metrics from the owner's configured Google Ads account.
A request may include keywords, a geographic target, a language, a search network, and a historical period. Google may return keyword text, close variants, average monthly searches, competition metrics, bid estimates, average cost-per-click estimates, and monthly search volumes when available.
How the data is used
The app uses the returned metrics only to evaluate potential Google Ads Search campaigns for the owner's products and services. The owner uses the results to decide whether a campaign should proceed, be revised, or not be launched.
The app does not use Google user data for advertising profiles, credit decisions, sale, or services provided to third parties. It does not create or modify live campaigns.
Tsarkov Campaign Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where data is stored
The application runs locally on the owner's Mac. The Google OAuth refresh token and Google Ads developer token are stored in macOS Keychain. OAuth client configuration and Google Ads account configuration are stored in a local application configuration folder.
Historical-metrics results are returned to the local application. If the owner requests an export, the app saves a CSV file in the selected local project folder. The public website does not receive or store these credentials, requests, account data, or CSV files.
Sharing and disclosure
Tsarkov Campaign Planner does not sell Google user data. It does not share Google user data with clients, other companies, or the public. Data is transmitted to Google only as needed to authorize the owner and perform the requested Google Ads API operation.
The public site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which may process ordinary web-server information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of operating the hosting service. The site contains no application analytics, advertising trackers, forms, or account login.
Retention
OAuth authorization remains stored locally until the owner revokes access or removes the local credentials. Exported CSV files remain in the owner's local project folders until the owner deletes them. The application does not set a separate server-side retention period because it does not operate a server-side data store.
Revocation and deletion
The owner can revoke the app's Google authorization from the connections or third-party access section of the owner's Google Account. The owner can delete exported CSV files from the local project folders and remove the locally stored application credentials and configuration.
The support contact required by Google is shown on the Google OAuth consent screen. This website does not publish an email address.
Security
The app keeps its Google authorization and configuration on the owner's Mac. The public website does not contain or receive the app's credentials. No security method can guarantee absolute protection, but the app limits access and storage to the local workflow described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the app's access, use, storage, or sharing of Google user data changes. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
